Event Description:
Did you know that there is a connection between a rainbow and your reflection in the mirror? You can produce your own 3D images and write secret messages that can only be read using certain colored filters. Learn about light and color through hands-on investigations. Come join us and build and bring home your very own periscope. There is lots of fun to be had with light!
The mission of Girls’ Science Investigations is to motivate, empower, and interest girls in developing the skills they need to pursue careers in science, but all are welcome.
Open to students in grades 6-8.
