Connecticut Violence Intervention Program
The Connecticut Violence Intervention Program (CTVIP) is a team of trusted community members who work to prevent and stop the spread of violence in New Haven. CTVIP does this by building relationships with high-risk youth and the institutions that impact their lives. The program also provides crisis intervention services to help those affected by violence.
The Fellow will work in CTVIP’s judicial court liaison program. In this role, the Fellow will collaborate with CTVIP staff stationed at the juvenile and adult courts to assess referrals for acceptance into the intervention program.
