Event Description:
Life-Saving Artistry: The Work of a Surgeon consists of a Zoom session with the Association of Women Surgeons (AWS), including a lecture on pathways to becoming a surgeon, a practice case led by female medical students on the AWS national committee, and a Q&A with female surgical residents and attendings. This is a great opportunity for students of all genders to meet medical students, residents, and surgeons whom they may not have the opportunity to meet otherwise.
