Martin Luther King, Jr. Art Contest

As part of the Dr. martin Luther King, Jr. event at the Museum, we will be hlding an art contest for CT high school students. The theme of the contest is to honor Dr. King and his legacy visually through works of art. All artists will be recognized at the Teen Summit on Sunday, January 17. 
The top 10 submissions will be displayed at the Yale Peabody Museum during the 2016 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. two-day celebration. 
1st Place: $150, a 2016 MLK T-shirt, an MLK book, and a Peabody Museum family membership.
2nd Place: $50,  a 2016 MLK T-shirt, and an MLK book.
3rd Place: 2016 MLK Tshirt and an MLK book
