Join for the latest installment of the Latin American History Speaker Series featuring Marianne Quijano, a Ph.D. candidate specializing in Latin American history, with a focus on Central America and the Caribbean. Quijano’s research has explored the intersections of Afro-Caribbean medicine, resistance, and U.S. empire-building in Panama’s Canal Zone.
