Join us at Yale University on May 15th for a mathematics festival sponsored by the Julia Robinson Mathematics Festival. The festival is a noncompetitive celebration of great ideas and problems in mathematics. Join graduate students, postdocs and scientists from Yale University for dozens of rich math problems and activities!
How it works: During the festival, students can join any table and work collaboratively with Yale scientists and mathematicians, spending 30-45 minutes at each activity/game. Fun prizes, free raffle tickets & light snacks will be provided to all participants! Information and videos of the Festival at jrmf.org.
To register: The festival is open to students in grades 6-12. Please sign up for the festival online at tinyurl.com/JRMFYale2016. The cost of participation is $10, and fee waivers are available. Space is limited, and registration is first come, first served.
Parking: Most Yale lots are free to the public on weekends. Check signage. Metered street parking is available on Hillhouse, Trumbull, College, Temple, and Prospect Streets.
