Event Description:
We mark the life and example of Dr. King today so we can pass it on to our children and remind ourselves of what is left for us to do in our time in this world. We remember his commitment to non-violent change as an epidemic of gun violence continues to sweep across our city and this nation. And we celebrate his life to find hope to continue the struggles for freedom, justice, and peace.
