The US Grant Summer Program - An educational partnership between Yale & New Haven since 1953

The Ulysses S. Grant Program is a six-week academic summer program for motivated middle school students from New Haven Public Schools held on the Yale University campus. Since 1953, U.S. Grant has drawn upon the enthusiasm of Yale undergraduates to deepen students’ current interests and explore completely new ones, while developing their critical thinking and collaborative skills.
The dates for this year’s summer program are June 26-August 4, 2023. The program will run for five days a week, 9AM to 3PM. The program will again be held in Dwight Hall on Yale University’s campus in compliance with university, local, and state and federal health and safety guidelines. U.S. Grant upholds a strict attendance policy and only considers students who can commit to attending every day of the program.
The program costs $75 to attend.
