Join Ziad Ganim, Professor of Chemistry, as he talks about the manipulating the nanoscopic world in his talk Hold it, Stretch it, See it: How to Interact with the Nanoscopic World.
Science Saturdays is a special lecture series designed for families that brings the excitement of research and the passion of scientists to the community. Each event involves a lecture by a Yale professor and hands-on science demonstrations run by Yale College students, including an inflatable planetarium! Bring the whole family! Refreshments will be served. Parking is available at the Sachem-Prospect Garage on Prospect Street. This series occurs twice per semester.
Free admission. Open to the public. No registration required. Bring the whole family!
