Local high schoolers come to Yale West Campus to tour its state-of-the-art Energy Sciences Institute and to learn about how science can solve contemporary energy challenges! At this event, students learn how batteries are made and operate, make their own batteries from food and fruits, and view objects under 100,000 times of magnification using an electron microscope.
