Want to get exposed to and learn about subjects you are passionate about or might never have known existed? Splash at Yale is the place for you! Splash at Yale has two programs: Sprout and Splash. At Sprout and Splash programs, you are invited to Yale campus to take courses taught by Yale students on virtually anything, ranging from “Psychology and the Good Life: How to Live the Best Life Possible” to “Ancient Greek Mythology and Culture in Today’s World” and “Cooking and Chemistry with Cranberries.”
Spring Sprout is a three-day program where students in grades 7-8 can take four classes per day. Two of these classes are repeated throughout the three weeks to explore the topics more in depth. Splash is a one day program open to students in grades 7-12 where they take six classes to get exposed to and learn about subjects they are passionate about or might never have known existed. Spring Sprout dates are February 16th, February 23rd, and March 2nd and its cost (all three days including lunch) is $45. Spring Splash is on April 6th and its cost (including lunch) is $20.
